Titan Linebacker Duo Receives Statewide Honors From PrepRedzone

Darlington, S.C.- Following dominant performances on Friday night in a 26-13 win over Ben Lippen, Titan senior linebackers Mac Burch (Florence, S.C./All Saints Episcopal Day School) and Walker Willcox (Florence, S.C./Royall Elementary School) were honored with "Game Balls" by PrepRedzone South Carolina, the premier outlet for high school football coverage in the state.

Burch contributed in almost every statistical category possible on defense. He registered 14 tackles, 5 of which were for loss, tackled a Ben Lippen running back in the endzone for a safety and then followed it up with an interception on their very next play from scrimmage. 

Willcox recorded an astounding 23 tackles, with 4 being for loss. Those 23 tackles were one shy of tying his own school record, set last year against Wilson Hall.
