Moore's Record Night Propels Titans to 3rd Straight Win
Columbia, SC- The Trinity Girls' Lacrosse Team recorded their third straight win, 18-8 over the Irmo Yellow Jackets, behind a record-setting effort from Izzy Moore at attack. The senior from Hartsville scored a school-record eight goals in the contest. Juniors Ella Gray Camak and Ashlynn Martin also added hat tricks in the winning effort. Fellow Junior Anne Evans Scott added two goals while Eliza Segars and Dawsey Kirven each added one. It was Segars' first career goal. Camak and Scott both added assists and Caroline Peebles had an assist as well.
At the X, Camak had seven draw controls, followed by Scott and Martin with three apiece. Defensively, Mallory Wright collected three saves in goal.
The Titans will be back in action for the last time before spring break on Tuesday, March 31st as they head down to Ashley Hall. Start time against the Panthers is set for 5 PM.
