Titans Sweep Swampcats to Secure 4A Region III Title!

Sumter, SC- The Trinity Collegiate Girls' Tennis team defeated the Swampcats of Laurence Manning Academy 9-0 on Tuesday afternoon at the Palmetto Tennis Center. This win capped a remarkable run through the regular season for the Titans, who finish at 11-1 and an unblemished 8-0 in region play. It also secured the SCISA 4A Region III Championship.
Not only did the Titans win every region match, they went undefeated (48-0) in singles play and 23-1 in doubles play. Trinity will now await their opponent in the SCISA 4A playoffs. They will host a quarterfinal match next Monday, October 6th at 4:00 PM at the Dr. Eddie Floyd Florence Tennis Center.
